Marketplace policies
Effective 12 October 2026 · Version 1.0
These policies explain how Lusplus works, what buyers and sellers can expect, and how to get help. Read the product and shop terms before placing an order. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Marketplace terms
Lusplus is an independent online marketplace and permanent digital exhibition, an initiative of WatanPlus LLC. Each shop is operated by its identified seller, who is responsible for its products, prices, stock, delivery and after-sales service. Lusplus provides the platform, order records and support workflows.
Visitors worldwide may browse and send enquiries. Checkout is available only within the Afghan destinations and delivery methods offered by the selected seller. An international enquiry does not establish international checkout or shipping availability.
Use accurate account details and keep your credentials private. One account may buy and operate authorized shops. Access to seller and staff workspaces depends on assigned permissions. Impersonation, harassment, fraudulent orders and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Prices, orders and payments
Checkout uses Afghan afghanis (AFN). Check the selected seller, variant, quantity, selling unit, delivery charge and complete payable amount before submitting. Wholesale offers apply only to the stated quantity, terms and validity period. A delivery quote must be accepted before payment where a fixed charge is unavailable.
Prices and stock are validated when an order is created. A basket does not reserve stock or guarantee an earlier price. Purchases from several shops have separate seller orders, payment instructions and delivery progress.
Use only the payment methods displayed for your order. Cash on delivery is available only where the seller offers it. For direct bank transfer, use the seller details shown in the order and retain your payment reference. Receipt is subject to verification; uploading evidence or returning from a payment page does not establish payment.
Lusplus does not promise escrow, automatic seller payouts, card acceptance or online gateway collection unless that service is explicitly enabled and its terms are shown. Never send account passwords or card details through messages.
Delivery and tracking
The seller must state its service area, charges and relevant lead time. Buyers must provide an accurate address and reachable contact details. Seller-specific tracking and shipment updates appear in the order. Estimated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
An order may arrive in separate shipments. Check quantities and condition when receiving goods. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items through the order support workflow and retain relevant photos and shipment details. Do not return goods to an unconfirmed address.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Request a cancellation or return from the affected order item, identifying the quantity and reason. Eligibility depends on fulfilment progress, the product terms recorded at purchase and applicable rights. A request does not itself cancel a shipment or complete a refund.
Sellers must communicate their decision and any return address, evidence requirements or delivery charges before the buyer sends goods back. A seller may not silently replace the original purchase terms. Use platform support if an item is incorrect, unsafe, defective or the seller cannot resolve the issue.
A refund approval and a completed refund are separate events. For COD and direct transfers, the responsible seller must arrange the agreed repayment and provide a reference. The actual method and timing must be communicated in the case; Lusplus does not promise an automated refund or a universal repayment deadline.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact the seller through the product, shop or order messaging tools first where practical. Open an order dispute or a platform support case when further help is needed. Provide the order reference, facts, relevant evidence and the outcome you are requesting.
Lusplus staff may review evidence, request a response and record a decision within their assigned authority. Platform moderation does not replace access to competent authorities or other rights available under applicable law. Report suspected fraud, misleading listings or unsafe products promptly.
Seller responsibilities and subscriptions
Sellers must have the right to offer their goods and use their photos, descriptions, brands and certificates. Listings must be accurate, stock must be maintained, and all applicable product restrictions and obligations must be respected. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawful or dangerously misrepresented goods are prohibited.
Shop approval, business verification and listing review are separate processes. Staff may restrict or remove content with a recorded reason. Sellers remain responsible for commercial content and must give staff only the permissions required for their work.
A pilot grant has its own end date. Any paid plan must disclose its price, entitlements, renewal and grace terms before activation. No recurring charge or commission follows merely from creating a shop. Expiry may stop new sales, while existing order handling, support and retained business data remain accessible.
Verification, ratings and environmental claims
The gold verification mark identifies a currently valid business verification. Its scope and expiry are shown on the shop. It is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery or certification. Women-owned and Green MSME marks identify seller declarations; environmental practices must be described clearly.
Certifications and catalogs identify the seller-provided document, issuer where applicable and dates. Publication review is not accreditation by Lusplus. Catalog prices and availability may change; the selected product or accepted offer controls checkout.
Public reviews are linked to eligible delivered purchases. Reviews must reflect the buyer’s own experience and must not contain threats, fabricated claims or private personal information. Supplier ratings in a seller’s private directory are internal assessments and are never public buyer reviews.
Privacy and your information
Lusplus processes account and contact details, delivery addresses, shop and product information, messages, order and payment records, support evidence, and operational security logs to provide and protect the service. Passwords are stored as hashes. Sellers may also store business contacts in their private supplier directory.
The responsible seller receives the buyer information needed to fulfil and support its order. Private supplier records are accessible through the MIS only to that shop’s owner and staff with Partners permission. Verification files and unpublished documents have restricted access; approved public certifications and catalogs are downloadable by visitors.
Hosting, email and other necessary service providers process information for delivery of the service. Operational staff access is restricted by role and purpose. Do not place confidential identifiers in public shop descriptions, catalogs, certification uploads or reviews.
You can update your profile, addresses and notification preferences in your account. Use a privacy request or platform support to request access, correction or deletion. Identity and authority may need confirmation. Transaction, dispute, security and other necessary records may be retained where required; a deletion request does not automatically erase outstanding obligations or historical order records.
Policy changes and contact
The effective date and version appear above. Material changes will be published with an updated date and communicated through the available account channels where appropriate. Changes do not silently rewrite the product, price, delivery or return snapshots of an existing purchase.
For a purchase, use its seller messaging and order support tools. For platform matters or privacy requests, use the support section in your Lusplus account or email info@lusplus.com. Never include your password in a support request.
